Pictures from Leg 1 - Guam!

Hangtime on Gun Beach in Tumon Bay, Guam on our port call...

Tom, looking stylish as always. There's some great snorkeling and diving out here on the reefs.

Adam, going for a sponge sesh. The mask is to see the scary coral reef about 1 foot below the breaking wave.

Aaah, tropical island sunset...you can't see the power plant just to the left of the photo, and if I hadn't typed that right now, you would never know it was there! Oh well...

Adam cliff jumping on the east side of Guam
I jumped too, but not like that...

And certainly not like that!

A little coral reef bay great for snorkeling on the east side of Guam.

Tropical little trail leading to a cool beach on the other side...

The other side of the trail, pretty sweet little bbq beach

Welcome to Guam!

Talofofo Falls, this cheesy waterfall park that attracts all the Japanese tourists. It is pretty if you don't look at the gift shop, museum, and "Ghost House"!
A Japanese WWII fighter was found living in a cave 28 years after WWII ended near these falls. He was a soldier that ended up hiding out, thinking the war was still going on, and hadn't had human contact for that long! Crazy...

Another pretty bay on the east side of Guam, some surf, but the scary coral just below scared us off (plus the high bacteria levels in the bays...)
